Cancellations, Returns & Faulty Items
- Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us promptly at 07734 313906 or hello@greenwoodchapter.co.uk. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. N.B. We may be unavailable outside of our open hours.
- Faulty/Damaged Items: Please inspect your products upon receipt. If items are damaged, missing, or faulty, notify us within three working days
- Statutory Rights: Nothing in these terms will reduce your statutory rights as a consumer. For advice on your rights, contact your local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice
